Cancelation Policy
ATTUNE CANCELLATION POLICY & PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
At Attune Med Spa, we strive to provide the highest level of service and care to all our clients. To ensure that all clients receive the attention and care they deserve, we will implement the following cancellation policy.
Appointment Cancellations
We highly recommend booking your appointment in advance. A credit card will be required at the time of booking to secure your booking. We kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy before finalizing your appointment. By scheduling, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy. As a courtesy, we offer one complimentary 15-minute consultation to all clients. Please note that if you arrive for a scheduled treatment appointment and decide not to proceed with any services, a minimum charge of $50 will be applied as this will be considered a cancellation.
24-Hour Notice Required: We request that you provide a minimum 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client.
Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide notice at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of $50 charged to the credit card on file.
No-Show Policy
No-Show Fee: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification, the service will be considered a no-show and you will be charged a $100 no-show fee.
Multiple No-Shows: Repeated no-shows (3 no-shows) may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments.
Arrivals
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow ample time for relaxation and completing necessary paperwork. Arriving after the grace period may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. While we will make every effort to accommodate you, in some instances rescheduling may be necessary, and our $50 cancellation fee will apply. We encourage you to notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late, so we can make every effort to accommodate your late arrival.
Grace Period: We understand that delays happen. We offer a grace period of 15 minutes beyond the scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment. If we need to reschedule your appointment due to a late arrival, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Rescheduling Due to Late Arrival: Should you arrive late for a scheduled appointment and time does not allow us to perform your treatment, the full amount of the service will be charged to your credit card on file the day of the service.
Prepaid Packages & Promotions
Refunds: Prepaid packages and promotional services are non-refundable. If you need to cancel an appointment that was booked using a package or promotional deal, the cancellation or no-show fee will be charged separately on the credit card on file.
Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a personal or medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis to determine if a fee waiver is applicable.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us a call or send us an email. Voicemails and emails are acceptable forms of cancellation if received at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Product Return Policy
We believe in the exceptional quality of our products and are confident you will enjoy them as much as we do. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Attune, you may return the unused and unopened item with a receipt dated within 14 days for a refund to your credit card or exchange. Please note that cash refunds are not available.
For unopened items returned after 14 days with proof of purchase, a store credit will be issued. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
An exception may apply for products returned due to an adverse reaction. In such cases, a store credit or product exchange may be provided with a consultation with your service provider(s) before receiving a credit or exchange.
